Yes, It emits light.

It emits a slightly blue colour light which is not very bright.

In gas stove complete combustion of the fuel occurs hence most of the energy is converted to heat energy and not light, so a very light blue colour flame is observed. This flame is due to unstable C₂ and CN molecules which disappears above the flame.
