Answer: If by mixing you mean Solution, then yes it does change.
Explanation: A solution is formed when the when the solute-solvent interactions overcome the inter-molecular forces between the solute molecules. When temperature is increased, the inter-molecular forces between the solute molecules become very weak, therefore, are very easy to overcome. Hence, the solution is formed much faster.
