yes , of course with change in temperature the solubilty of a substance changes
but there is and exception NaCl whose solubilty does not change with the change in temperature
for example :- the solubilty of sugar increases with increase in temperature

Yes solubility of substance change with temperature.When we heat a substance the kinetic energy of the particle gets increased which help in the reducing of molecular force.
Hence, more space is created in the substance result in the increase or decrease in solubility
of substance.
