YES SURROUNDING AIR BECOMES WARM AND WHEN WATER VAPOUR PHASE OUT BECAUSE EVAPORATION CAUSES AN COOLING EFFECT AND CONDENSATION ALSO GIVE IT'S EFFECT IN ENVIRONMENT.
