Does the temperature coefficient of thermistor is affected by the voltage

"There are two types of thermistors: Negative Temprature Coefficient (NTC) and Positive Temprature Coefficient (PTC). With an NTC thermistor, when the tempreture increases, resistance decreases. Conversly ,when temprature decreses resistance increases. This range is dependent on the base resistance.
