Eg:- Water if it is in solid it would be cold

if it is in water state in normal temperature

if in gaseous it is on the temperature of the area

means the state change will also make changes in the state and the main factor is the temperature of the surrounding

Yes the temperature of a substance changes when it changes it’s state:

Let’s take the example from the above answer,
When the water is kept on cold temperature, it solidifies.
When the water is kept on hot warm temperature, it melts and comes to back to liquid state.
And finally when it’s heated, it turns to gaseous state.

Thus, when the state changes the temperature also changes.
