Does the train go faster when it goes up the hill or down the hill

when the train or any object is goes up to the hill then automatically it takes more time then if it come down to the hill then it come faster than above condition it is because of gravitational force .
Gravity tries to pulls down any object towards the earth .

toy train runs slow on the hills and they are very slow like 30 km max speed.

in mountains the gravational pull also slows down the train speed,...........
