does the upthrust depend upon the depth of the liquid on its container?

Therefore both the depth in the liquid and its density will affect the upthrust on an object. The upthrust on an object stays the same no matter how deep it goes (as long as it is completely submerged). This is because the upthrust depends only on the DIFFERENCE between the forces on the top and bottom of the object.❤

But the buoyant force does not depend on depth. It only depends on volume of the displaced fluid V f V_f VfV, start subscript, f, end subscript, density of the fluid ρ, and the acceleration due to gravity g.
hope it helps
