Does the world need another global language besides the English language? Discuss.

no I don't think the world needs another language other than English because it can get very confusing at times and forming an another language takes a very long time

No... I don't think so... English is the First global language which puts it in a very useful position, not because it is better than any other language, but simply because it got there first, and there is no major expansion of globalization to shift the balance to another language. Today there are far more non-native English speakers than native speakers...and this means that English isn't only about the USA or the UK, but instead about it's international use across cultures. Every, people who don't share a language but also who are not native speakers of English, from countries where English is not an official language communicate to each other in English for various means...and now to directly answer the question... I don't seriously find any practical or solid reason why English will be replaced any time soon..and obviously in my personal note and truly to say I feel it is the most convenient language a world can dream of and ofcourse to communicate or use world wide .....and hence this world doesn't literally seem to need another global language....
