Yes i think aliens exist because it can't be a mere luck that we only are living beings in this whole universe. As the earth got a sustaining environment for life there may be any other planet in a solar system which may have same orientation environment like earth and their life can exist and this universe is so big that we dont even clearly know whats on other planets of our own solar system.
