OFCOURSE YES TO AN EXTENT
Yes! Value/moral education can help a lot in moulding a person's character.Value education not about studying material stuffs byheart and vomiting them to answer sheets but it all about man builiding ,making people social animals ,and and through wich people learn how to behave interact.Thus ,in my opinion ,value based education in tender age for students can help them a lot to differentiate good and bad and direct them to choose good path in an age of character moulding itself.
