Velocity is related to motion.

Velocity is the rate of distance covered in a particular time. It's SI unit is m/s.
It is a vector quantity and has direction along with rate.

Major difference between speed and velocity:-

➡️Speed is scalar quantity
Velocity is vector quantity
➡️Speed has only rate of motion
Velocity has direction along with rate

Hence velocity is not related with Electricity.

Hope it helps dear friend ☺️✌️
