no its not correct.....

if u want to write 15 in roman numerals
it will be XV

X = 10
V = 5

XV = 10 + 5= 15
VX doesn't make sense .

mysticd: For example iv = (5-1)=4

mysticd: vx= (10-5)=5, but we have already have a symbol v for denote 5
