Does wavelength and frequency of radiations change in vacuum?If yes then, how they have same speed.And it's vacuum so their won't be any refraction right?

Wavelength is changed and frequency never change irrespective of medium. Speed is also not same.

Yes refraction does not occur but there is a minute change in direction due to friction

And that friction is beyond the scope of your level.
