Suppose your horoscope requires you to wear a 70-cents solitaire of a given quality (let’s name this quality ‘Q’). If you wear 10 diamonds of 7 cents each of quality Q, sure the total weight does sum up to 70 cents. But their astrological energy will be somewhere around 1/8 of the solitaire’s. This figure (1/8) is based on myexperience and observation and may differ for other Astro-Gemologists. But there’s one thing which all will unanimously agree on. It’s that the effect of the smaller diamonds will be considerably lesser even if their combined weight equals solitaire’s.
