In social science your word limit doesn't matter.
What matters is : The number of points you have given. And the relevance of those points. I personally wrote 4 points for a 3mark question and 5-6 points for a 5 mark question. KEYWORDS are SUPER important in cbse. Study you textbook very well and UNDERSTAND the concept. You will remember the keywords automatically if you read the textbook thoroughly.
