Doesdiffused reflection follows the law of reflection? If yes how?​

In diffused reflection light rays are not parallel to each other. Diffused reflection does not mean the failure of laws of reflection. Diffused reflection occurs when the surface is rough , also the angle of incidence chages from one ray to another.
