Dolma preared salad for hersalf , whereas mohan cooked cabbage for his meal. who more vitamin c from the cabbage

Given the only difference is cooking, the raw food (only when hygienic) is much healthier than the cooked food.

During the process of cooking, some of the essential components like Proteins of the food get destroyed due to the heat as well as the constant physical stirring of the ingredients. (Chemically, some components may even interact with each other and give rise to newer compounds, which can be toxic.)


So, preferably, Dolma gets more vitamin C as she opted salad.
