Domestic consequences of deforestation are as follows :

  • Disrupted river flow :----- Deforestation increases soil erosion and decreases rainfall, and the water take the soil away.

  • Flooding :----- Deforestation result in flooding because the water which comes from the river on the ground they are absorbed by the soil and if in case of soil the water will not be observed hence it will result as flooding.

  • Drought :---- it refers to the term 'Dried' ( famine atmosphere ) when when rain will not be. fewer trees means more carbon dioxide in the atmosphere this leads to the global warming and increase in temperature on the earth that in turn disturb the water cycle due to decreased rainfall, Drought occur.

  • Displacement of forest dwellers : Many persons for whom forest is there only home are also display due to deforestation. As we are knowing that forest is the home of wild animal than if we cut the forest for our used then there will be no wildlife existing in the forest, and they Will move towards cities.

  • Scarcity of forest products : Things we get from forest, will not be provided if we cut trees. Fewer tree in forest also result in a decrease in production of a number of useful forest products.
