Don't Copy ,

Draw a circle of radius 4.5cm take a point P outside the circle without using the centre of the circle . Draw two tangents to the circle from point P .

To do this you need to take a pencil, a compass, fit the pencil in compass, measure it 4.5 cm by a ruler and then, Draw a circle of radius 4.5cm take a point P outside the circle without using the centre of the circle . Draw two tangents to the circle from point P .

So in this we had drawn a circle....!!!
