if book's cover is so bad don't think that it is not interesting. it seems to be interesting or not. you have no right to judge any book from its front. at once,look inside the book

Yes . One must not judge a book from its cover.
Today most of the people choose books with gorgeous looking covers without looking over the contents. It is important to understand that books are to express stories , fiction , ideas , and much more . They are not to give us high sounding pictures.
