so by formula , P = V2 / R

R = ( 220 x 220 ) / 100

R = 484 ohm

so here according to ques when same bulb it means bulb resistance is same....when it is operated on 110 v the we have to find power consumed...

so by formula P = V2 X R

P = ( 110 X 110 ) / 484

P = 12100 / 484 = 25 watt.

hence 25 watt will be the correct ans...thnks
