first equation

 \frac{5}{x - 1}  +  \frac{1}{y - 2}  = 2

or \:  \:  \:  \frac{5(y - 2) + x - 1}{(x - 1)(y - 2)}

 \frac{5y - 10 + x - 1}{xy - 2x - y + 2}

 = x + 5y - 11 = 2xy - 4x - 2y + 4

or \:  \: x + 5y - 11  +  4x - + 2y  -  4

or \:  \: 5x  + 7x - 152xy

second equation

 \frac{6}{x - 1}  -  \frac{3}{y - 2}  = 1

 \frac{6y - 12 - 3 + 3}{xy - 2x - y + 2}  = 1

 = 6 - 3x - 9 = xy - 2x - y + 2

6y - 3x - 9 + 2x + y - 2 = xy
