both have good and bad points . in job u will get pension . it does not matters if the company is having profit or loss u will get ur salary every month on the other hand if business is in loss then u have to bear that loss . in job u have to follow others time table and instructions but in business u are the boss no one can order u . in job u can get limited salary but in business u will earn much more than that.
