Executive powers:

President is the supreme commander of armed forces.

He appoints the prime minister of India and also the council of minister on advice of prime minister.

He appoints the judges of supreme court ,height court, auditor journal etc.

He appoints the employees to check the conditions of scheduled classes and backward classes.

Legislative powers:

The president has the power to summon the meetings.

He appoints the member of rajya sabha to speak on the floor of house in absence of chairman or deputy chairman.

He appoints the member of lok saba to preside over meeting in the absence of speaker.

He appoints the 12 members of Rajya Sabha with special knowledge in science ,arts, politics.

He can issue ordinaces.

3-the president has minister in charge of differrent dipartments
4-the symbol of nation is president
5-the president is bounded by the advice of minister
