Yes I think harmony can be ensured by understanding instead of violence as a person who who is really not a bad person will never get violent as they know what is right and wrong so if they want something or any other reason they will make sure that they will protest quietly as they want peace and harmony. And on the other hand if a person really want to harm people they will never stop being violent and with no reason also they
