Why did you take mass as 1kg?

The T here is the time period of the wave nature of a particle of mass m. This is as per quantum mechanics that every particle has wave characteristics.

Here T is just like time in

s = ut +   \frac{1}{2} a {t}^{2}

It is just a parameter. Whether time is actually a dimension is debatable.

In mathematics many dimension can be assumed to exist. But that does not mean they are real. Till now there is no physical proof of time as a dimension. It may just be a perception of human mind.
