Dorji has a few bottles of soft drinks in his restaurant. But , unfortunately, these are not labelled. He has to serve the drinks on the demand of customers. One costumer wants acidic drink, another wants basic and one wants neutral drink .How will Dorji decide which drink is to be served to whom?

Using the pH level indicator , which is labeled up to 14 ......7 means neutral .....below 7 is acidic....above 7 is basic ! The more the pH value .....the more is basic strength ! It also has colour indicators....and needs to be dipped in the solution

Solution:

According to litmus:

☞︎︎︎ dorji can test each of the drinks with litmus paper and know which is acidic which is basic and which is neutral.

According to taste:

❥︎ if anyone of the drinks turn red litmus blue then that drink could be basic.

❥︎ if anyone of the drinks turn blue litmus red then that drink would be acidic.

❥︎if no colours change then then drink would be neutral.
