Explanation:

Living things:

1. Living things are the things that exhibit movement and locomotion. They have catabolic and anabolic reactions and metabolism. Living things need oxygen, water, food, light and temperature to survive on earth.

2. Living things have the ability to produce their kind by the method of reproduction. They fulfil their nutritional requirements through the process of digestion and nutrition to survive on the earth. 3. The food digested in the body is eliminated by the excretion process. Their growth contains different stages of development.

Non-living things:

1. Non-livings are those things that do not exhibit any movement or in other words, they are not alive. Non-livings do not need oxygen and food for their survival.
