• Under this right a citizen is entitled to move the supreme court or high court if his rights are voilated.
• the court are empowered to issue order directions and writd to comcernd to protet the rights of the complaint.
• we can also approach to the court for the protection of public intrest against the particular law or the action by thegovernment.
• One can even  write to the judges on the post card.The cort will take up the matter if the judges find it in public intrest.
