Dr. B. R. Ambedkar a great and a inspiring leader of all time had a positive view on the women empowerment. We know that the women empowerment is really a good thing for all our Indian society and even economy. We also know that women in our society mostly are discriminated because of their various reason but yet now because of the modernization and growing mind set of the people now a days women are even allowed to participate in the some aspects of the society. Dr. B. R. Ambedkar always tried and even supported the women power because even the women are the part of this modern society and all. The women empowerment is really needed for this modern society because of many reasons like the women can help out in increasing the economic status and even social status of the country. Dr. B. R. Ambedkar always tried to ensure and even women were given the equal rights as the men had. The women empowerment was always important for our society. This idea of the women empowerment was real needed but their were only some person's who always tried to encourage this idea of women empowerment even Dr. B. R. Ambedkar was among them, where the women are always given the same priority as the men were given. The rights and regulation for both men and women should be equal and on this bases there were many who did not agree it but at all all came to a point where it was decided that everyone would get same amount of rights and equality. therefore Dr. B. R. Ambedkar always had a good opinion on the women empowerment.

Dr. B.R.Ambedkar, the father of our indian constitution had positive views on women empowerment. he was born in a dalit family and was considered as inferior by the superior castes in his childhood. so he decided not just to change the society for the well being of the men of all castes which were being considered inferior but also for many women around the country who were not even allowed to enjoy their rights like the men around them. during his time as hinduism was the major religion in india he felt that until and unless the hindu dharma shastras are not blown off nothing can be achieved for the well being of the women. In the name sanskaras, the Hindu women are tied up with the bondage of superstitions, which they carry till their death. the were not allowed to educate themselves. they were not given the freedom to speech and expression and were even asked to practice sati system.
It was also mentioned in Hindu Shastras that the woman is the bond slave of her father when she was young, to her husband when she is middle aged and to her son when she is a mother and this had to be followed by every hindu women and those who opposed it were criticised, and were considered as those who dont respect their religion.
Dr. B.R. Ambedkar has tried to brake down the barriers in the way of advancement of women in India. He laid down the foundation of concrete and sincere efforts by codifying the common Civil Code for the Hindus and the principle is capable of extension to other sections of the Indian society. Article 25 of the Indian constitution permits all the  freedom. he introduced many other acts and passed the hindu code bill.
In Hindu Code Bill, the principles of codification covered:
(i) Right to property,
(ii) Order of succession to property,
(iii) Maintenance, marriage, divorce, adoption, minority and guardianship
in this way he made his step and achieved women empowerment.
