shopping for electronic goods like watches, hair drier etc. Later when he returned to India he sold these items

to his neighbours, friends and relatives etc at double price to earn high profit.

i) “There are three major type of economic activity and all this involve earning livelihood, they differ from

each other significantly.” Identify the economic activity of Dr Modi and write the difference from other two.

ii) Can we say “Dr. Modi is a trader of electronics goods as he buying and selling to earn profit”? Give reason
