STEP-1 Draw a circle of radius 5 cm. Take its centre as point O
STEP-2 Take point P at a distance of 10 cm from point O. Thus OP=10cm.
STEP-3 Draw a perpendicular bisector of OP intersecting OP at point Q.
STEP-4 Taking Q as centre and PQ as radius draw a circle which intersects previous circle at points M and N.
STEP-4 Thus PM and PN are your required tangents.
PM=PN=8.6 cm(approx.)
