EXPLANATION.

Graph of the equation = 4x - 3y + 12 = 0.

find the value of y when x = 3.

put the value of x = 3 in equation we get,

⇒ 4(3) - 3y + 12 = 0.

⇒ 12 - 3y + 12 = 0.

⇒ 24 - 3y = 0.

⇒ 3y = 24.

⇒ y = 8. = value of y when x = 3.

as we draw graph of the equation,

put x = 0 in equation.

⇒ 4(0) - 3y + 12 = 0.

⇒ 0 - 3y + 12 = 0.

⇒ 3y = 12.

⇒ y = 4.

put y = 0 in equation we get,

⇒ 4(x) - 3(0) + 12 = 0.

⇒ 4x + 12 = 0.

⇒ x = -3.

CO-ORDINATE ARE = ( -3,0) and ( 0,4).
