District Consumer,

I am writing today to complain about the poor service of hospitals on November 15, 2020. Hakim Sheikh, an agricultural labourer was injured in a running train and his condition got worse since the hospitals didn't accept him.

Many Tries later he got his appointment and offered nothing by way of apology when finally a hospital accepted him. These hospitals must be charged heavily. On hearing his  case, the Supreme Court ruled that Article 21 which provides  every citizen the Fundamental Right to Life also includes the  Right to Health.

There should be strict action in these hospitals.  My impression of those awful hospitals has been tarnished, and I am now concerned about the poor man.

I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring.
