                                                      Urgent Meeting

This is to inform all the office-bearers of the Students’ Council that an urgent meeting to discuss the general discipline and the future strategy to improve it further is going to be held on November 7, 2018 at 10:30 at the Principal’s office. New duties shall be assigned to various office-bearers. All shall attend the meeting.

It has been observed that few office staff are not attending office in time and often coming late.

It is also observed many cases of early leaving of office by some of the staffs.

A meeting will be held in the Meeting Room today at 3 P.M. to discuss the awareness of discipline and related Rules and Regulations framed by the company and are to be strictly followed by the Office staffs.

Following issues have been taken propriety and will be discussed: Late attendance, Early leave, Strict maintenance timing of lunch break, Absenteeism, Sick Leave, Leave of Absence.

All office staffs are requested to attend the meeting strictly.
