Draft a plan as to how the local people can look after stray and wounded animals in the
neighbourhood.

In order to take care of stray animals, it is a must for having a sagacious plan. We have seen the distressful situations that had caused due to stray dogs and other animals. They have been disturbing the traffic, hurting people and so on. But killing or being brutal with them isn't the right way to treat these poor beings. For their well-being, we shall build some care centers or build a home for them. Garner those stray animals and we can put them all under a roof and take care of them. By doing this, we could at least figure out a way to put an end to the threat we have been facing from them. And isn't it far better than killing or harming those poor animals?

      The option represented in above answer is quite helpful for avoiding the harmful accidents and the danger of stray animals. In my view there would be an small but helpful idea for avoiding the tinder of stray animals, such like the dogs.

      To writing the letter to forest department (legally for cities), would be an great feature. That way, we can keep them safe as no harm would be done and also those stray animals would be saved and can live better life than they're living now.
