Draft a plan as to how the local people can look after stray and wounded animals in the neighbourhood???????

In our locality if we can start a pets clinic for the stray dogs and provide with donated money among our local people they can start to organise a camp to collect all the stray dogs umder their custody through which the common people can walk without the curiosity about dog bites or accidents caused by pets.Even there clinics can maintain some workers to clean and provide them with food along with proper vaccines yearly. This will bring an overall change in the society through employment oppurtunity and also with the problems caused by the street pets.
