The Agenda for the meeting was construction of Auditorium. College students’ leader started by stating the inconvenience faced by the students without Auditorium. They have to spend lots of money in hiring an auditorium for any function and that has to be collected from the students.
Students parents are paying huge sums of money for fees and asking them for all these purposes, the college will not be able to get the goodwill of the parents. Moreover, getting auditorium for the college functions is also difficult because the owners are not willing to trust the students and they reject us by giving some other reason.
The Finance Officer gave the estimate that would cost in building the college auditorium and it was sanctioned by The Chairman and The Correspondent.
