It has been observed by HR department that the number of absenteeism among employees of Sunrise Technologies Pvt. Ltd is increasing over the past six months. And this is the case with majority of people.
The company has given legit leaves to employees so that they use them when they need. Its a very causal behaviour of using them in such a behaviour. To counter this, the company has introduced a policy of leave encashment where employees get the payment for leaves they save during their service in the company.
