When teens spend more than enough time on their electronics, it can negatively affect their sleeping patterns

Excessive use of gadgets such as mobile phones, tablets, and computer desktops can cause physical and mental damage to children. According to a study, a child will likely to become overweight and develop seizure and vision problems when they spend too much time using gadgets.

Too much screen time can lead to insomnia or sleep disturbances. It increases loneliness and depression. It may seem that drifting into this new world makes feelings such as loneliness and boredom evaporate into the air, but this is only temporary.

Gadgets have now become a part of our life. ... Even the daily household work has become easier with the use of gadgets. Cooking, cleaning, entertainment and all the daily functions are done with the use of gadgets. In the olden times, there were not many gadgets and technology as present in today's world
