    Dear Sir,

                     I have just passed the H.S.C. Examination, the results of which were declared on 2nd Feb. I have scored 88% marks overall and an aggregate of 96% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths. It is my carnet desire to continue my studies in the medical stream and quality as a doctor.

              I fear my poverty will adversely affect my future plans unless I get some financial assistance.

   I have already obtained your prescribed form and enclose it duly filled in. I also enclose a photocopy of my HSC Examination mark sheet and a letter from my principal recommending my case for the grant of a scholarship.
