In order to promote awareness against corruption, our school is observing vigilance week on November 3, 2018 from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Many activities such as Integrity Pledge, seminars or workshops on promoting anti-corruption measures and the role of Vigilance Department, debates, speeches, quizzes, etc. will be held on ‘Eradicate Corruption - Build A New India. You are requested to send an officer from your department to attend the function at our school to give away prizes to the winners. It will motivate students and teachers.

The usage of plastic is increasing and so the resources given by nature are depleting. The increased usage of plastic also elevated the rate of global warming. So, it is our duty to create awareness to people about the adverse effects of using plastic.
As our first step, we would like to introduce "ban the plastic" week in our school. We would like to start the initiative so that we can advice others. There is not a better person I can for the inauguration of this event. Your knowledge and advice will be of great use to us.
Mr.xyz will be inaugurating the event at our school and so I request you to kindly send an officer to attend the function which would provide great encouragement.
