If you are an individual who wants to move up the ladder, you must be able to put work in to reach that goal. Everyone has a goal in life and everyone has dreamt of being successful in life. As we grow older our goals may change and grow, while others goals may stay the same or fade away; due to ones lack of confidence, they do not have the means to reach their goals, they did not work hard enough and unfortunately give up.

The less amount of effort and work that an individual puts into a duty or task the less amount of respect one may receive, and the outcome and result may not be held up to your bosses standards, which can lead to you being terrminated from your job.
Hardwork is one of the greatest skills that can advance an individual in his or her life. At times you may feel like you should quit and give up but remember that hard work pays off. You will never be able to move upward in life and become the successful individual you wish to be.
