There are four types of drainage pattern in india:
1 Dendratic - This pattern was formed by river ganga. It develops where the river channel follows the slope of the tarrain.
2 - Trellis - This pattern was formed by Narmada river . it forms a right angles.
3 Rectangular - This pattern was formed by Mahanadi. It develops on a strongly jointed rock terrain.
4 Radial - This pattern was formed by river damodar . It flows in different directions form a central pic dome like structure.
