Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam was founded by a) C.N. Annadurai.
It is a state political party in the states of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Puducherry, Karnataka in India.
In 1949, C.N Annadurai founded this Dravidian party as a breakaway faction from the Dravidar Kahagam.
Since 1969, M. Karunanidhi headed the party and has served as a Chef Minister of Tamil Nadu several times.
It was the first party to win state level election.
