First draw a line segment BC=7 cm

Make a angle at point B

Open compass 1 cm and mark curve at angle line this cut at point D

Join D to C

Draw perpendicular bisector on lime segment DC

This bisector line cut angle line at point B at point A

Join A to C

hence ABC is the required triangle

After bisect Angle ABC and angle ACB

These bisector line cut each other at point O

Draw a circle at point O

This circle is required in circle
