Draw a ∆ABC with sides 6cm, 8cm and 9 cm and then construct a triangle similar to ∆ABC

1. Draw BC = 9 cm.

2. Then construct the triangle with the other two sides being 6 cm and 8 cm .

3. Draw a line BD which makes a certain angle with BC .

4. Make four equal cuts on BD and join the H one with point C .

5. Then construct angle EFC' equal to angle FHC .

6. Join FC' .

7. Now construct angle BCA equal to angle BC'A'.

8. Draw A'C' .

9. A'BC' is the required triangle .
