Correct Question :-

Construct a triangle ABC in which ∠C = 60°, ∠B = 80° and BC = 6.4 cm.

\dashrightarrow Steps :-

  • First, draw a line segment BC of 6.4 cm.
  • Next, take a protractor and keep it's mid-point on the point B and draw a ray measuring 80°.
  • Again, take a protractor and keep it's mid-point on the point C and draw a ray measuring 60°.
  • Now, join the point where the both ray meets. The point is named as point A.
  • Finally, the triangle is constructed.

\dashrightarrow Instruments used :-

  • Ruler :- The ruler should be used in all the constructions, because it results in accurate measurement and straight lines.
  • Protractor :- The protractor is used to draw the ray in which the measurements of angles are given in the question.
