Hassan was Sudha Murthy’s computer science student in a Bangalore based college. He was handsome, tall and had a very good memory. Hassan was the only child of affluent parents. The only problem he faced in class was shortage of attendance. At every attendance meeting in the college, he pleaded to the teacher to give him attendance and promised to be more punctual. However, this never happened and the teacher had to call his parents and tell them about the problem. His parents were quite helpless as Hassan spent the entire night chatting with friends and listening to songs. As a result, he woke up only at 6 am. This made it impossible for him to reach in time for class. Till the very end, there was no change in Hassan.
